August Goals!

If you want to move mountains, start by lifting stones today.

Starting august off right with a new Goals post outlining my goals for the month that will get me closer to my yearly goals, which will get my closer to my life goals! This month will be simple, with the main focus being on health/wellness, and school (which starts on the 19th).

Read 4 Books:

1) Safe With Me by K.C. Slater.

2) Grace Peril by Jim Butcher.

3) Summer Knight by Jim Butcher..

4) Death Masks by Jim Butcher.

 

Lose 8 pounds:

1)  Weigh-in and log weight in MyFitnessPal. (235)

2)  Plan 8/6 – 8/10 meal plan.

3) Plan 8/13 – 8/17 mean plan.

4)  Plan 8/20 - 8/24 meal plan.

5) Plan 8/27 - 8/31 meal plan.

6) Schedule OrangeTheory classes.

7) Add schedule to PassionPlanner.

8)  Lose 2 pounds.

9)  Lose 4 pounds.

10) Lose 6 pounds.

11) Lose 8 pounds.

 

Save $1,000:

1)  Budget for the month.

2)  Set auto-draft in bank account.

3)  Save $250.

4)  Save $500.

5)  Save $750.

6)  Save $1,000.

 

Side To-Do List:

1) Do PassionPlanner layouts for whole month.

2) Hit 100% water goal every day.

3) Get all accounts and passwords organized.

5) Stick to meal prep and workout plan every day.

Easy, simple, ready-to-be-completed goals. Boom!
