[P90X] Week One!
The only bad workout is the one that didn’t happen.
Kicking off week one of my P90X journey is easy. I should know since I’ve done it a million times, and yet never finished the whole program. Usually I bitch out around week 3 and decide to start over. This will be the last time I do that, I’m making that promise here and now. I’ve worked too hard and come too far to just keep giving up on myself when I make a mistake. There’s not much to say about that, so here’s the workout schedule for the week:
Monday – Core Synergistics for 422 calories burned. ✓
Tuesday – Cardio X for 299 calories burned. ✓
Wednesday – Arms, Shoulders, and Abs for 396 calories burned. ✓
Thursday – KenpoX for 443 calories burned. ✓
Friday – Legs, Back and Abs for 267 calories burned. ✓
Saturday – KenpoX.
Sunday – X-Stretch.
This should be enough in combination with my meal prep (another post) to knock me down 2 pounds this week. I have my schedule and worksheets printed, all of my exercise equipment is ready to go, and I’m actually feeling motivated instead of trying to convince myself I am. I’m excited, and I can’t wait for Monday to weigh-in!
